• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

5. Content Rights and Ownership

You retain all rights to the original videos you submit. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and generate clips from your videos solely for providing the Service.

5.2 Generated Clips

You own the clips generated from your content. We do not claim ownership over clips created using our Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and distribute the original content.

5.3 YouTube Content

When processing YouTube videos, you represent that you either own the content or have obtained permission from the content owner. Processing third-party content without authorization violates these Terms.

6. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Free accounts are subject to processing limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed fair use limits. Paid plans include higher limits as specified in the plan details.

7. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACECLIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AceClip and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination (such as limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
